I am offered 62LPA (30% variable) for E1grade (13.5 % fixed hike on current CTC, 34% hike total CTC assuming variable is paid 100% ) My total experience is 24 years.. what is salary range for E1 and what is it equivalent to? How much variable is paid at e1 band and is it paid monthly? HR says if any number expected above will go for 3 levels approvals. Is there any risk to ask 66LPA to get 20% fixed hike min & do they revise or it will get struck in approvals?
