December layoffs anywhere?
Stealth layoffs at CWT confirmed.
Is Nagarro good to join? I have a fully remote opportunity which I'm pretty sure I can crack. Is the pay and benefits good at Nagarro? Do they provide laptop and test devices or will I have to work on my laptop? Do they give medical insurance etc? What if the project gets over. Do they have enough projects or will I be asked to move to a different technology? Will I be fired if on bench? Nagarro

That sounds really weird. Is your CSO trying to hide something?
Document everything. The only instance I’m aware of where a CSO might not want a saved, written record of something—especially testing—is one where there are issues of legal nature involved, whether that’s compliance, an existing or expected investigation, or a lawsuit where anything that exists in writing may be part of a discovery phase and used against them in court.
Also document everything in case you’re laid off and denied unemployment, or fired with or without a cause, even if you’re an at-will employee—you still have rights.
Start looking for another role. This is suspicious and an over reaction. Toxic af.
Possibly they looking for a reason to let you go. You may have a micromanager. I will would suggest to think about if you want to stay and work for the person and company.
