I applied at a company/group twice. They sent me a rejection straight away (Strange because i think my profile is strong enough to get an interview call atleast)

Its a very small community in Norway that works on my topics and where I can apply (everyone knows everyone). I fit their group very well.

Question: Should I ever apply again if there is a position advertised? limits my options, but I also don't want to be too desperate. I know its a small pool of companies and applicants.

Currently an associate at a mid-sized firm with “strong potential” to make partner at the end of this year. Things have been toxic for a while, but have cratered in 2021, with few signs there will be any positive changes on the horizon. What are the pros and cons of staying to make partner before trying to go in-house? I’d assumed it would be better to job search with that title on the resume, but am rethinking my assumptions the worse things get.

I gave google silicon interview all 4 rounds 3+ months back, from then they are saying they want to hire me but headcount approval is not yet received.
Last week they said, lets go for one more round and finalize immediately. That interview also went very good.
Post that they didn't call back itself, they have stopped responding also.

Has anybody faced this issue? This I feel completely unprofessional and not really expected from Google.

Done with final interview round of BCG for lateral placements and the HR has asked for a call for communicating final result. Generally they do this for communicating yes or no? Super anxious!

I applied for few SA roles at AWS after getting the SAA certificate and some badges like the “WAF” and “Advanced Migration”. I also optimized my resume recently trying to match what AWS would look for, but I did not get any 1st call or screening interview!

I have been selected into ZS for the BTAC role under CCM(Customer-Centric Marketing). My YOE is 3.8 in Cognizant, and the domain is ETL, DW, cloud(AWS).

My question is, ZS is giving a great package compared to what I have in Cognizant (Above 100% hike), and Cognizant is ready to retain me by giving somewhere 50%-60% hike. Will ZS be a good choice for me to switch? In terms of growth, technologies, work, pay. Or should I accept what cognizant is giving and get retained?
