I would take it. They’ll cover the flight and all your accommodations, so what do you have to lose? Going in once a month really isn’t that bad.

I am thinking about taking the job offer. They’ll only covering the accommodation not flight but I can always drive if I wanted to. Working on site once a month is not bad at all but the question is will I get tired of doing that?
If you get an offer it sounds like you should take it. The traveling might get to be a hassle, but if you get to work remotely the rest of the time it may be worth it. Remote jobs are hard to come by, so you should consider it seriously, it may be a while before you find another one.

I believe the traveling will definitely get to be annoying but it’s only once a month. I applied to multiple remote positions in the past 6 months and I finally got a job offer from one company. It was hard trying to land a remote position but I think I will take this one.

I would say you should take it. Flying or driving once a month is not bad as long as pay is great.

I’m really thinking about taking it. I wouldn’t mind driving since I will be fully remote within this job. It wouldn’t be so bad driving once a month. I think it would be worth it if the pay is decent which is a possibility.
