I been doing a side tax compliance and advisory business while working in public accounting now for 3 years. I am at the point where I either:
1. Get a business partner where I test drive year 1 who would be interested in doing the work and I focus on the business. As well, as driving up sales (which I am better at.
2. Get a manager and expierence staff out from India or Philippines.

Can anyone advise on how to delve which of the two options are better in further detail better business model?
