Can anyone shed some light on quant funds please? https://groww.in/mutual-funds/escorts-tax-plan-direct-growth
I am seeing stellar returns and extremely low expense ratios but apparently since they're quantitatively managed algorithms, they don't account for things like corona for example.

Keep bringing him and keep it low pressure. At that age, we identified that a lot of hesitation around soccer was not understanding how the game works, so we spent more time explaining the concept/scoring/out of bounds outside of practice.
I would give a few more sessions and see if the coaches can entice him to play at least part of the time. 3 is young and this is relatively normal so I wouldn’t stress!
Totally normal. I’d keep going and accept that he may just watch, or participate for 5 min etc. and that’s fine. No need to sign up for the next session, 3 is really young and it’s just for exposure. I stressed myself out over this with my first and he’s now a happy participant in a ton of stuff at age 7. I am just starting to dabble my 3.5yo into things now but with way less pressure on both of us.
when it comes to sports I read that what could benefit kids the most is to do gymnastics from age 1 through 6 and then from like 7 to maybe 12 (don't remember) have them try as many sports as they want and then after that they would be ready to hone in on a particular sport
Gymnastics is fantastic for body awareness, core and upper body strength. Plus it’s fun until they start pushing the competitive side. At age 6 our gym wanted kids in the gym every day for multiple hours- that’s when we moved to other sports.
I’m sure that felt so frustrating!! I feel like we had a similar experience our first time trying soccer too. We kept going and he did eventually join in but it was chaotic and messy. At that age I would just focus on having fun and following the directions from the coach.
We did have more success with a “ninja” class (boys gymnastics) and a music class at that age.
My daughter is almost three. We've started doing some trial dance classes. In daycare she's extremely social and active and seems kind of like the class leader. At her first two dance classes she just wanted to sit and watch, but I could tell something in her wanted to try to participate.
We decided we're just going to let her observe and not push her past what she's comfortable. I know she'll warm up and then she'll participate.
