Find a healthy coping mechanism, something you enjoy doing, gym, painting, writing, reading and do it daily it gives you something to look forward to during the work day
What do you do if your job leaves you no free time for a coping mechanism?
Do the bare minimum or just enough.
Is there anything you can do to make it better? Maybe there are there issues with your job that can be improved to make your time there palatable.
Simply find skills and purpose in the current job that will grow your personal and or professional life. This when you are ready to leave you made to most of your time.
