Career portal shows Offer in Progress and PHT submitted by April 6.

No HR call yet for salary and location discussion and it’s been 3+ weeks of silence. No HR to reach out as no call being picked nor mail response.

Also, HR said location as Bangalore before interview but i entered Chennai and i add 2+lpa extra in pht. Will this cause issues?
Will i get offer soon and HR call? What is the timeline
