I completed my 2 rounds of interview for the AVP - Functional Analyst role in the first week of march, both the rounds went well and i'm yet to receive any communication from Barclays team.

In the Candidate portal status is marked as interviews under way. is it normal for Barclays to take this time frame just to update the application status or contact the candidate.? i'm not sure if i have to wait or move on. i don't find any communication details where i can contact Barclays HR.

Hiring managers: How is the interview process like at your company and how much say do you have when it comes to choosing that candidate?

I had a behavioral interview with a manager from another team and a case study with the hiring manager. They both took notes as I gave my answers but the first manager was very disinterested from the get go and was distracted as he kept looking away from the screen.

I’m wondering how much influence the first manager has since I’m not sure what he’s writing
