I completed my 2nd round on Monday, I called the interviewer yesterday and he said the feedback is yet to come in. This was my 2nd round, does it generally take so long for the result to come by. My 1st round result came in a day itself.
Anyone can be of help on how many days it takes for the feedback to come by?

Starting a new position in a few weeks and have an opportunity to speak with my future boss before starting. Is there anything I should ask before starting that wouldn’t already have been covered in the interview? I was thinking about asking if I should read up on anything before starting, but I also don’t want to impose obligations on myself if I don’t have to. Fwiw going from firm to in-house. TIA!

I just started with a company as an HR Generalist. Within the 3 weeks of being there, my boss’s boss left, and today I found out my boss gave notice. HR is not valued at the company and it’s disheartening to know I was hired into a mess. I am now actively looking but how do I explain to other employers why I am actively looking and what do I put on my resume? I have never had to deal with this before.

I had call with the HR for he position based out of Mumbai everything in interview and they are ready to share the offer. however, I quoted for 10 lakhs and they said for fixed pay of 8.75.
Although, i checked on Google as well average pay they are giving is 9.7 lakh
So should I accept the offer as per their negotiation or shall positively tell them why 10 lakh is justified?
