I completed my McKinsey practice case today and realize I need more time to prep. What’s a reasonable amount of time to ask my recruiter to push my interview out?

What is a reasonable salary/comp expectation for a startup who has $20-25m funding and 50 employees? Had a 1st round interview and they also mentioned equity options, but nothing in detail. Role would be UX Engineer, 4-5 YOE.

Had a great initial chat with a recruiter who then scheduled a chat with the CD’s. I’m super excited except the salary the recruiter gave was lower than what I’m aiming for. Do I go through the interview and negotiate again after or is that number set in stone?

I had a technical discussion for HCL on 3rd Oct. It's been more than a week. I still haven't received a status on that interview. I have also received a "Resume shortlisted" mail from their careers app after a week.
Does it mean I'm selected? There's no intimation of the status at all. The HR don't reply on mails/calls.

I've 3 yoe in techno-functional domain.
I wish to go into technical (development) profile now, but not as a fresher. I want to continue with 3 yoe.
But the issue is, I have no (dev) project to show in interview as an 3 yoe person.

I've learned Java, springboot, restfulAPIs, kafka, but still hesitant to go for interviews as I do not have projects to discuss.
