I completed Product manager interviews last week, the last round with the hiring manager, how many days should I expect Flipkart to respond back?

I'm currently working with Deloitte USI as a Proposal analyst and got an offer from CTS with decent hike and hometown location as a Senior Business Development Analyst. Will it be a good move considering work life balance, job security and work pressure keeping in mind the recent resession and attrition.

.they asked whether they can schedule interview on Wednesday....i said Yes.

But somehow I get schedule cancellation e-mail on or before Tuesday & the process continues from last 1.5 months
