I currently have a 60 day Notice Period. I'm planning to get an offer from Infy/tcs/wipro/hcl (heard they are usually okay with longer notice period) and once I get an offer I will resign. When it's near to 7-14 days to join, I could join some other, rejecting the initial offer.

Question is, will they ban me from applying in future.? Any idea ?

The recruiter just called to tell me that they want me to do one more round, though. This will make 8 interviews total, including a full case study presentation to 4 people. Should I be worried? How can entry-level candidates stand out during the interview process?

I had a phone screening with a recruiter (who is a TD Industries employee- not outside recruiter) I asked specifically when they were looking to hire on, he said a month give or take a few weeks. That was on September 9th. I sent a thank you followup email the next day with letters of recommendation like I had mentioned in our conversation. I sent a second follow up email asking if they had made any decisions on who will be asked for inperson interviews, he said....check comments plz 🙏
