I currently work in a solo private practice and have moved from 2 different practices as a either practice or office manager within a 10 year period. I really want to work in a larger hospital facility for better opportunities but am finding it hard to get my foot in the door. I'm either overqualified for some positions or don't have certain certifications which I can't obtain unless I work in a larger hospital facility (i.e EPIC training, LEAN, CCPS). Any tips?
