I desperately need you guys help. I have offer from IBM and EY. IBM is offering 14f+1b+1 jb (data engineer). EY is offering 15 f+3b as (senior consultant data engineer).

So pay wise it is going to be the same.

I feel with EY my work life balance would be hell or with some luck it would be good.

With IBM its going to be chill. But i have go to office 5 days a week plus alternate Saturdays.

what too choose / what would you choose?

Thermo Fisher for Data Engineer in AWS and Python and Ameriprise as Lead Developer for Informatica Powercenter. Ameriprise is offering 50k more in my monthly salary than Thermo Fisher. My preference is to join in where I can grow and get a good learning for future career growth. Also, work life balance should be good in the organization.
