My present company is not that big so here I didn’t require any documents from my first employer.

While applying to big IT MNC company can I omit my experience and show as gap in education and first job. Is this experience traceable by my future employer in background verification process in big IT MNC companies.

Given number of interviews but no one are ready to give more than this even if I reach last rounds.
