Success Management, Account Executive, I think you could do well in any of the post-sales roles

Thank you! I truly appreciate it.

I assume you mean what Companies and not what job? Job ovi Program MGMT. If I were you I would look at jobs that would relate or carry over from your field of expertise. Jobs designing SW for Intrologistics, ASRS, Conveyor/Sorters, Vehicle, Rack and Picking. Amazon uses a lot of outside Companies to install and design Software for there centers to run on. Your experience will help here unless you are in Marketing/web. If thats the case look at other major distributors Ikea, Walmart, Harbor Freight, Burlington anything that has an online presence and large distro centers.

Also you could widen search to Project Management/Program MGMT. Most PMs have handled Programs as well.

-I am under 20 years old and self taught, but I work on-par with the rest of the team (all of them except me have degrees ranging from master's to PhD), I don't know how much the other team components make
-I work with embedded software development with mostly C and C++

I've been interviewing with some companies, and now I have to decide between JPMorgan Chase and Globant.

Globant is more innovative, and has remote work. I will enter to work with a Sillicon Valley startup based in San Francisco. The tech stack is React, Nextjs, AWS, and a serverless architecture.

JPM is semi remote, and less innovative. The tech stack Java, SpringBoot and AWS. But I'd do more migration tasks, like dockerize projects and pass them to kubernetes. What would you choose?

Currently a CSM for a tech start up (REALLY EARLY STAGES) and have been there for almost 2 years. Can anyone please point me in the right direction or either ? Even if it’s learning more for a UX position. Through this job I found out I really love helping with that .

I interviewed with a company last week and the interviewer said he would submit my notes to the hiring manager and I would hear back this Monday from HR on next steps/if they want to move forward. I didn’t hear back yesterday so I emailed HR and she said she wasn’t part of the hiring decision so would reach out to the initial interviewer for his feedback. I haven’t heard from her and it’s been 24 hours - starting to get worried. What should I do? Does this mean they’re not interested?

NDAs - signed my first one as a part of a severance agreement. thinking about leaving an honest review for this company, but unsure about the liabilities that come with this. (NDA mentioned no defamation) leaning on the side of letting it go, but this employer sucked BAD and i want others to know. ik its hard to give a straight answer bc it depends on the agreement, but wheres the line between bad mouthing vs your honest experience?
