Currently interviewing for a role at Amazon that is listed as a CW position, but I have direct experience in the product and capabilities this role is seeking, and the hiring manager is moving me forward. What is the likelihood that if I tried to negotiate from a CW to FTE, I would get the position?

Currently going to school for my cannabis certification but I rarely see any jobs that offer cannabis research. I have experience as a project manager, scrum master, and BA and I was hoping these combined could land me a product manager role, but it seems like companies require extensive prior experience as a product manager already - so, what is the best way to get my foot into that role?

If I get laid off, I have a previous colleague that started a cybersecurity company. I would love to get involved on the business side of it. Newish to data analytics. Have some experience in power BI, sql, and R. I wanted to get some exposure to aws and saw the AWS cloud practitioner as an available course at my job. Here is my idea for a startup! I collect all the data from career transitions and use Data Analytics to predict the most likely career transitions. I could start with consulting. What do you guys think about this? I would be able to predict based on your firm(mbb, big4), your experience, which role you are likely to move (Faang pm, strategy manager, move to mbb). Hi Fishes, would need quick suggestions from all of you. I'm working as an In- house Social Media Specialist at a company. Things are going well here but I feel the work is minimal & slow & my work doesn't gets approved in a go despite huge efforts, neither I get a feedback as such on how can I make it better. It affects me mentally. So I'm in a state of confusion if I should stay here or head to have more Agency experience. Suggestions are most welcomed!
