I’m A1, 110k base, no bonus. At a small boutique firm in LA. I average about 60 a week so looking to do my time here and jump ship sometime next year
Now I’m understand why you are looking to jump ship. You need to go to a bigger firm with more deal flows.
I think my TC was ~370 during my assoc 2 year (2 years ago)
