Every day is survival mode until they are no longer toddlers. There is no “lean in,” there is only “grip tightly and hang on” during this stage.

It really is wild. Between my mind being in 100 diff places and putting in a lot less overall time, I am not as good at my job now that I am a mom.

Hi, as an older mom with 3 teens I can give you my thoughts. 1. Perhaps sleep apnea? After having a child we gain weight and that is a root cause. 2. Vitamin D deficient. Very prevalent in certain parts of the country. 3. Toddler years are soooooo hard don’t underestimate how much work it takes. 4. Drinking too much doesn’t help. I stay away. 5. Face it you are getting older.
