I had interviewed for Cognizant and I was asked to submit my documents for offer letter release. This happened on the same day as my interview(Friday 6th May). I submitted my documents and I am trying to contact the HR who scheduled my interview, but she is not picking up my call. My question is how soon can I expect the offer letter to be released? And is there a possibility that they can reject my profile at this stage?

How does a panel interview feel like? Is there anything that I should be prepare for it? Any tips?

There is an opportunity that I’m currently interviewing for that is very interesting to me. I’m interviewing two other places but I’m not responding to LinkedIn emails for other positions. The other positions don’t interest me as much. On one hand I don’t want to waste time prepping for all positions and rather put that time only for the ones that I have going on, on the other hand I feel like what is that falls through. been in industry (small companies) for 5 years with an active CPA. Wanted to get in SEC reporting roles but almost every company requires 2-year public accounting exp. Now applying for public accounting firms entry level positions but almost all firms HR asked if I had ever worked in firms. Got rejection emails from firms all the time. Is this a dead lock? firms exp matters much more than a CPA license?

After asking for docs , how much days it will take in cognizant for further process ?

We Indians are so poor we can't think anything else except money. Whole Fishbowl is all about YOe and Salary. No one interested about if any company doing any innovation or not. B-Tech colleges put ads with Package and Campusing only. Almost 99% Indian YouTube thumbnail is like "5 lakh to 40 lakh", "Interview Experience in bracket 50Lpa" etc.. Hardly we can see Foreign Editorial things marked with Packages.

I had call with the HR for he position based out of Mumbai everything in interview and they are ready to share the offer. however, I quoted for 10 lakhs and they said for fixed pay of 8.75.
Although, i checked on Google as well average pay they are giving is 9.7 lakh
So should I accept the offer as per their negotiation or shall positively tell them why 10 lakh is justified?

I went through all the stages of interviewing with a firm then they chose not to fill the position. They said internal priorities changed. I saw about 5 months later they posted a similar position. Guess who has another interview!

I got offer Letter from infosys 2.5 months back, now when I am trying to decline the offer by sending a mail to HR, it was not getting delivered as HR left the organisation 1 month back, I forwarded mail to feedback team of infosys but still got the mail from onboarding team with joining details and WebEx link, kindly suggest how to proceed in this case.

Had my annual review Friday (first year with the company). Boss awarded a 3% raise though she said my review was “90% positive.” Worth adding I got a 3% sign on bonus last year, so I’m basically at 0% raise. Nobody under me has gotten less than a 7% raise in the past year. Considering promotions + counter offers as well, it goes as high as 25%. I don’t feel a 3% raise matches a “90% positive” review and plan to bring up the cognitive dissonance I’m feeling. Any other tips or advice to add?
