For those of you in IB, are there analysts who just aren't cut out for banking (or finance)? I'm not talking about burning out, I'm wondering how many want to stay and don't get offers.

Can anyone speak to the presence of impact investing across PE versus VC or HF?

For context, I’m going for my MBA next fall (targeting M7) and want to pivot into impact-focused finance but am struggling to understand which option is best. I’m going in with 3 years of tech consulting experience (data & analytics) in the financial services industry.
