Please reach out to me, I would look forward to connecting and learning more about potential opportunities. Thanks!EY PwC Deloitte KPMG

As a job should be. Do what you need to then go
home. They won’t pay you anything extra for spinning your wheels
ACD2, yes, but there are many careers in which doing much more than your paid to negatively impacts your career.
1. Talk therapy
2. Psychiatry (medication management)
3. Direct sunlight
4. Movement (walk/chores/exercise)
5. Pick a podcast or YT series on something interesting to you and do a deep dive for funsies
6. Call your friends on the phone
7. Fun recipes or new restaurant
8. Do any or all of the above to jolt yourself into movement. Not necessarily for your agency, but for you.
If I’ve learned anything, I have to work on myself first to gain any traction in any part of my life.
From there you can … talk to your manager about the work. Look for a new job. Create your own product and sell it. Start a podcast. 😉 The point is to get out of the funk and try something different.
Good luck!

Count yourself fortunate to have a job. Reframe your attitude to one of fulfilling your obligations for your pay and your personal success. If your job is boring seek more opportunities. Look for ways to improve and grow through training. You aren’t helping yourself. If you don’t, who will?
