How much time Qualcomm take to release offer letter? I am a immediate joiner.
I got selected last week but till now didn't get my offer letter, HR told they will send the offer letter within a week.
After enquiring, now she is saying your offer is pending with India head, after that it will go to US office for approval?
How much time it really take any idea? How could I approach HR for immediate offer letter?

Bain & Company Bain & Company Do you have any insights into what they are expecting in the second (last) round? I saw that there are two cases and a presentation. Are they more interested in professionalism than the "analytical" skills assessed in the first round? Do you have any more insights into the presentation?

I had referred my friend in CTS, who joined in Feb 2022 & will complete 3 months (active payroll) on 15-May-2022. I received a mail confirming my referral acceptance.
Meanwhile, I have handed in my papers & am serving my notice period with my LWD being 23-May-2022. In this case, will I receive the referral bonus?

Finally got a response that position is on hold. I wonder how come after declaring hra, lya ,basic...etc then it's on hold. Anyways I leave a note here so that someone who is need of job can get the real Color of it
Well, here is the reality. HR dropped a mail that position is on hold (may 23rd). But position was on their site and LinkedIn too which are accepting applications. Finally in June I got default rejection mail from Ericsson.( This will be triggered once the candidate joined the organisation). Ericsson wants to look for some candidate with less salary. If they couldn't find one, they could have rolled out of the offer to me. Luckily they found one. The HR forgot that candidate can do search in internet when they lie.( Lol). Please come up with a better lie next time.
It may take a while but they will rollout the offer

I can understand. But if they are keeping for on hold, they should inform the candidate rather than making them wait
Today I called the HR who coordinated initial round . Unfortunately today is her last day in Ericsson. She asked me to drop the mail to the HR who is coordinating with me now . She specifically asked me to ask for feedback whether positive or negative. Here is the thing which is confusing me. When I finished HR round on the same day the new HR told me basic, lta , hra numbers etc . If so, the feedback is positive then why to ask for feedback one more time? . But the new HR is not responding to mail and call. I went to Hiring manager LinkedIn profile and dropped a message . No response from him too.
