I got a call from HR regarding setting up my second round of interview. I am from SAP MM background and have 15 years of experience. What sort of questions (managerial or technical or mix of both) can I expect? Please advise

Email stated to reach out to another recruiter for immediate assistance so I did. I emailed her , she said these offers do take some days because of the Hr and HM has to sign it. Once that happens my recruiter should send me the offer. Either on the day she comes back, but by the end of the week. I am going stir crazy, I really hate my current job. Help…

While I look for work, it’s a bit discouraging seeing how hundreds of people apply for positions I see on LinkedIn. I still apply because you never know and AI plays a huge effect in selections. Should I even bother applying when there are more than 100 applications?

I have accepted EY IN Offer.
Now I am getting calls from EY GDS for interviews.

I am not sure if u should attend the interview or not at GDS.
When I shared this scenario with my EY IN HR, she said please don't attend it may create conflict and you may also get blacklisted.

EY GDS HR is like, you can attend the interview, there's no problem at all. We don't have such a policy. Please suggest what decision I should make.

I was able to secure an interview at Microsoft for the Customer Solutions Architecture position. Want to find out from everyone what kind of questions I should be expecting in this interview and what the hiring process is going to be like. Feeling like I’ve been “bait-and-switched”…

I’ve been interviewing at an agency with the intention of filling a Director role. Recruitment reached out soon after my last meet-and-greet interview (about 6 to 7 people total) to tell me the team thinks I would be best suited for an Associate Director role with a fast follow of a Director promotion.

Recruitment can’t tell me what feedback is creating this gap but also won’t stop mentioning the positive praise and feedback the team had for me.

For the people who earned the SHRM-CP, did you feel it was worth it? I have an indirect HR position, been applying for more HR focused positions and wondering if this would help. I got the CAPM (certified associate of project management) in December, but that hasn’t really changed things. Would love some opinions before working on another certification!

Are there certain firms that are more accepting of Tax backgrounds entering advisory positions? I’m a CPA with a couple years regional tax experience looking to transition to advisory/deals, but have struggled getting big 4 advisory interviews even with solid recommendations.
I’ve heard there’s solid opportunities in advisory type work for some other large firms outside big 4. Has anybody made a similar transition?

I recently joined Swiss Re at 30lpa, pretty good manager and work culture. Got a hike of 10% in 3 months without me asking for it. But got an offer from another company which I was interviewing for before joining here and they are offering a base of 45lpa. Now I am unsure how I convey this to my manager coz I want to stay here but at the same time I am salivating over this new offer and wish I get similar numbers here. Is it worth raising a discussion? Received an offer letter with joining date of a week from a date of offer release. No discussion about my joining date previously, though they knew my notice period is 2 months. Now, when asked HR about revising offer letter with updated DOJ he says, first give me LWD Letter. How can I resign before I actually get confirmation of DOJ?
Please suggest. Should I resign and wait for them to send me offer?

Sharing my experience with Deloitte USI interview and offer negotiation. I gave Deloitte interview 2 months ago. After managerial round I did multiple follow ups and Deloitte didn’t bother to reply. I moved on and got another offer. After 1 month Deloitte came back and asked for documents and didn’t show up for another 1 month. Today HR called and asked my expectations.
