Nope. It’s not you. You’re no longer a big fish in a small pond but a small fish in an ocean. Soak it in while you’re there and learn what you can. You’ll start swimming again in no time.
Though the culture shock may be well, shocking, you’ll find your groove. And while you may hate the experience, I suggest you stay for any least a full year before jumping back to a smaller agency. You’ll learn a lot and come out of it a wiser creative.
Big agency culture isn’t for everyone. It’s not for me. I like the environment and more close-knit feel of a smaller agency. You need to find the fit that’s right for you. The best time to look for another job is when you have one, so if you’re not comfortable where you are, start searching for a place where you will be.
I also got an ACD role from a creative lead role at a big agency. It’s strange seeing my other ACDs so busy all the time. Most days I feel like an individual contributor and learned to enjoy being in the peripherals of the madness. Enjoy it and just try and push as much as you can.
Welcome to the big leagues. Soak it up and learn from them.

how does someone transition into a CD role in this environment?
