I got a 'verbal' offer from PwC HR twice in the last three months for the same senior associate/ Technical Architect position. It has been more than two weeks since I last spoke with HR and no response to my follow-up email on the written offer letter. Is this normal at big4 to give a verbal offer and not follow up with the candidate? Should I start applying for other positions?

How is Hexaware's reputation when it comes to offer letter release ? I'm waiting for more than a week now and offer letter was promised in 3 days.

I'm having more than 12 yrs of experience and current ctc is 11.20 excluding night shift and variables. I've given interview in bny got shortlisted and submitted the documents. Initially interview was for I grade in fund accounting. After documentation hr said they r hiring me for h grade I get ready for that too with offer of 12 lakh.
