I'm feeling incredibly anxious and honestly depressed right now because of work. I am a Certified Pharmacy Technician, with 21 years of experience. I work at an independent pharmacy outside of Charlotte, NC. I make $18.75 an hour and had to fight/beg for that. I do not feel that I am being paid near enough for the work I do. I am wondering what others in the area make, so I can go back to my boss and ask for more. I am so fed up, I want to move on to something else, but I have no idea where to start.

If you could restart your career, would you still choose accounting? I have a lot of friends who work in finance, real estate, etc. and make the same or more, and didn’t have to take the CPA. However, I love the stability to being an accountant.

5th September is my last working day at Infosys. Yoe=4+ yrs

I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.
