Hello ZSers,
I have been shortlisted for AC role and my HR discussion is scheduled next week.
1. Need some insights on the maximum and minimum ctc (fixed and variable) that can be offered for 3 yoe (all relevant) . My current ctc is 7.2 (6.5 fixed) . Tech stack - Big data and AWS developer.
2. Is there any joining bonus. If yes , what should be the ask.
Any inputs will be very helpful for me to go with my expectations to the HR. Thanks!

It's a rewarding experience. The group of girls I got was extremely determined. It was so nice to watch them grow.
Update: I was hired! I'm really excited to start the training this month and learn a new skill. I've been having a tough school year, so I'm grateful to have something fun and creative to look forward to this summer and hopefully reignite my love of teaching again
It's such a fun environment. You will love it. I didn't hear one complaint from any of the teachers.
The whole community is so collaborative. I loved everything about from the interview process to teaching to the team. Go for it!
The energy and environment is unlike any other! The experience is a perfect blend of insightful coding grouo discussions and community bonding. You won't regret it.
Fun and memorable. I had so much fun and you will surely enjoy the activities. Good luck, OP!
Awesome, thanks for the feedback! What was the application/interview process like? Are they very selective?
I have always been curious about this as well. Curious about the answers you will get so I am commenting to follow.
I never had the chance to teach there. But I think that would be a great experience. Congrats and good luck, OP!
Also curious as to what others have experienced regarding this. Thank you for the replies!
Hmm I have never heard of it. Wish I could offer some advice. I may need to look into that though. I seem to keep hearing about it lately.
