I got an offer: 140K & no bonus for the Manager, Architect (Remote - Medium COL) in Audit (Not Consulting). Looks like that is the best they could do. Based on my research by going through the levels and glassdoor, I was expecting in 160K -180K Range. Do you think my research numbers are off? I am currently interviewing for a new higher at my current employer however, I also got an offer for a different company.
