He dropped paper in TCS and then he was so confused and don't want to join any other organisation because of the job security and other benefits of tcs he asked his manager to increase pacakge manager denied and even with 0 hike my friend told he will revoke the resignation but the manager (cont in comments)
Hello folks,
I am in free pool post lateral joining in Cognizant . Do anyone have any idea how much time i will get to find a project ? Designation - SA
Another challenge - i had joined as base location kolkata but in the ADP video they are mentioning that i cannot reject any opportunities for location mismatch 🙄 . It seems very unethical behaviour & policy when you hiring any professional at specific location . Any Advice & suggestions will help ne a lot 🙏 Cognizant Wipro Tata Consultancy

It's a good company with good culture. Employee headcount is around 7K now. Rapidly growing. Wlb is good in most of the projects. Works like any other MNC.
Job security is also good. Although, they are not very big in headcount, but still they don't fire people. Also, it's better to choose Citiustech over Infy, Wipro etc. Because you will get more exposure in CitiusTech.
But if you're looking for an onsite opportunity, then Citiustech won't be a good option for you. Opportunities are less, and most of the projects are US based.
Good company but I see lots of people on java bench itself lots of people have resigned itself.
They won't hire you for particular client.
You will get hired then sent to bench and whenever there is a requirement you will have interview with client.
So you can have longer bench period as well.
Sometimes your skill won't match and you will be forced to take it because you have been on bench.
So think wisely.
If I would have known this i would considered any service company over this .. Wipro, tcs , infy
Citiustech is good in terms of the technology that they work on and work life balance.
As far as the culture is concerned, it works like an other MNC.
What about job security... recession aane pe randomly nikal to nhi denge like CTS was doing!
I joined recently, not liking project management but company is good, good learning opportunities again depends on project to project, onsite opportunity but mostly US after completion of a year.
Growing company and employee friendly I got this feedback from few of friends who are in citiustech. Agree at some extent.
Agree on point someone mentioned in comment, longer time on bench, client interview is tuff to crack.
About job security, people are on bench more than 6 months without project and getting paid.
Management ghatiya hai
Runaway.. shitty projects. Slave of optum.
This is my condition
I don't want anyone to repeat my mistake.
