I got an offer from Rackspace. My current salary is X , Rackspace agreed to give x+20% if I surely join them but in the offer letter they gave x+10% for now to put me resignation 1) There is no written communication for x+20% , but HR said it will be revised for sure. They have the approval. 2) How is Rackspace as a company ? Is it worth joining, I am mainly looking for long term work life balance RACKSPACE TECHNOLOGY
