I got offer from UKG for SSE role 15.5 + 1.2 CTC
Should I accept it?
Work hours and pressure is not an issue for me,
just want to know whether I'll be working on good things and learning stuff or not ?
Are they firing engineers randomly, just want to understand the job security if I'm an above average person for the role, still they can fire me ?
Seen too much negative reviews so just worried
Is it that bad a company ?

If a job tells you the base salary range for a position is $95k to $110k, how much more can you realistically ask for? Does anyone have an experience where they negotiated a salary over the initial salary range max?

Should I take this offer in a second line role with similar bad WLB as public? Current salary: 155k base, 8k annual bonus (7YOE):

17k sign on
25,500 (15% annual bonus)
28k annual RSUs (vest quarterly)
