Yes. I literally studied 2 days for AUD (0% homework done, glazed over the chapters, and maybe 30% of the lectures) and got an 86 and I'm not an audit genius. Also, my audit class was almost useless at my school. If you're good at taking tests, you can study and pass all 4 of them in like 2-3 months. If you're not a good test taker maybe 4-6 months.
I highly doubt you actually forgot everything from college. You’ll be shocked how much of the CPA you remember. In any case, it is doable.
Thanks EY1. Did you take the exams before or after the changes?
Totally agree with all above
Thanks all for the responses. Don’t the exams require fundamental accounting knowledge though?
OP, if you actually dedicate a few hours a day (for the harder ones), you can pass. Those tests are more about perseverance than knowledge. I know dumb people that passed because they studied hard and smart people who failed who didn’t study. Kinda luck also (i.e your exam has more questions on one topic than others that you did/didn’t study).
Also lot of this is common sense and logic. Study the illogical concepts harder and skim the rest that you bluff through based on instincts.
