I am considering coming into an Analyst role at A&C GPS. I have 1+ years relevant consulting experience and was promoted to Senior Analyst at Accenture. Will this be considered for promotion to consultant at Deloitte a year after start?
If I need to wait two years to make consultant at D I would just stay at Accenture and apply to a consultant role once I qualify.

I was hired within the last year as a site supervisor. I did well my first few projects with the company. They asked if I’d be interested in transitioning into a construction manager role. I agreed. Now I still am the site supervisor on projects but I’m also doing all the construction manger duties on the project as well. Essentially 2 jobs for one salary. What is the point in asking why do you want to switch after all interview process ? Haven't HR seen resume with all career progression for a candidate before shortlisting that resume which means they are fine with another Switch. If at all they want to ask this question so as to eliminate someone , they should ask this as the first call by them before scheduling the interview. It is a two process i.e. you need a resource and we don't ask them why do you want to recruit us ?
