I got screwed over in the review panel this year and didn’t get Exceptional despite my project submitting me as a top performer. I was planning to apply to GSAP next year - are my chances basically dead now?

As we put 2022 budget/budgeting to bed(ish)… curious as to the changing $ percentages divvied by practice that you mandate/are allowed… IE for every dollar in, how much as a % goes to immediate margin giveback, how much to strategy, how much to creative, how much to client service etc. Anyone actually get a line item for ops/finance? Is it different if you are media vs mass vs shopper vs CRM etc… Help us help you… help us 😋

Don't have the financial stability to take a loan for an MBA and hence had to drop some renouned admits this year (Think top IIM's) due to family circumstances. When you are involved in an agile transformation for a client, do you prioritize advancing the agile maturity or driving the project to successful completion? Sometimes it feels like these things are mutually exclusive, or I need to wear multiple hats and go beyond “agile coach”.

Been working on mostly (about 70%) public sector policy and strategy at Big 4 for most of my career. Often go up against MBB on RFPs and have a decent win rate. Would I be too senior to come in as a lateral hire? I guess it’s all about client networks at this level, and being government, it’s locationally dependent - so which markets have need?

Sick of writing emails client-side all day and can’t seem to get into an agency. What’s another career path for a copywriter? Getting too old to try and become a teacher or anything.
