I got selected for an interview by a Client serviced by Cognizant. However, Client HR denied to proceed further as there is a non poaching agreement between the Client and Cognizant. The point here is, I never worked for this Client earlier. Is that agreement still valid, as I never engaged with that Client earlier?

Are 8:30am daily check-in meetings reasonable? (We already have 9:30am daily standing meetings with the internal team, and now have an 8:30am standing meeting for a smaller subset of that team as well). I would far prefer to meet later in the day or at least after the 9:30am checkin...is it reasonable to suggest meeting at a later time that I think would be more productive?
