There is an option to acknowledge the document. Is acknowledging the document same as signing the offer?

Am I good to resign at this point?

Also, for some reason I am not able to get hold of my recruiter. Also I didn't get the email that my offer is ready. I had to randomly check Embark to find it there. So asking here if anybody knows this is common.

Hi All. I have a good job offer but I'm wondering whether I should negotiate comp. I made it clear from the beginning what my target for base comp was which is ~$10K over the top of the posted salary range for the job. I also said that I was comfortable proceeding with the interview process despite the top of that range being lower (somewhat weakening my position for later I suppose). The offer is at the very top of the range. Bonus is 5% less than what I get in my current job. Negotiate?

When I look for the part time roles I only find shady MLM and some delivery jobs. Nothing wrong in delivery jobs, but I am more inclined towards WFH role as me and my wife are pregnant.
