I’ve been a mid-level manager (Sr Operations Manager) for the last three years. Been in my industry for 10 years. I feel I have plateaued in my career path. I’m trying to promote to a Director of Operations role in house and looking at outside opportunities as well. I feel like it’s taken longer to obtain this position than my previous roles. Any advice from Sr/Exec Management to be more self aware and fill in the holes to finally hit the finish line?

Ask both upline and downline what you can do better to help them. Listen to what they say, and act on genuine feedback.

Great question. One that I do ask myself. I still very much want to promote. My VP dropped a comment on me the other day , stating that he needs another Sr. Manager in my department. I felt it was a hint to me, but I know he wouldn’t promote me if he had to make a decision today. With sucks for me but that’s what I would assume.

The association of legal administrators has a job bank nationally as well as locally. You may request that you join the association as well as a local chapter.

Been welding for my company for 13+ yrs and I think it’s time for a change. The culture has completely changed and became toxic. My dream is to go independent do mobile/rig welding and repair then potentially have my own shop/store front. I have all the equipment and truck setup to start but don’t know where or how. Hi all, I’m looking to learn about how one can transition from PwC AC to PwC India.
I joined PwC AC Bangalore as a fresher and have been working here for 13 months.
