I got TP rating in HCL Technologies because I resigned and serving notice period. My performance review given by the RM is good and my score is 8 I am supposed to get EP as per my RM but the ops manager(i.e. my Managers RM) gave TP to me just because I resigned. Will this rating impact my chances of rehiring in HCL Technologies though I am not willing to join HCL again but just in case if I have as future is uncertain so will it impact in any way as HCl's recruiter used to ask the last rating.

For billable hours in civil litigation and insurance defense, is 2040 hours for a 1st year associate on the high end in this field for a small or midsize firm? It seems like most attorneys I know have minimum requirements of around 1800. The compensation is around 80k a year.

If I join pwc india in mid of August 2021. Will I be eligible for next year that is 2022 hike and performance bonus. Please enlighten me.
