Google. Also what role? Still, google.

funny

If you were on a financial role, this confusion makes sense but Google is like the dream company for SDE roles. So I don’t understand what’s the confusion here.

GS if you are from financial/banking domain..

Google.

And not GS

Google no doubt! People are not aware of the perks that Google offers and they Google generally doesn't even highlight them. Once you join and you will see your email get bombarded with perks and benefits right from the first day. For ex : Google is giving 1000$ currently for your wfh setup which is not a part of your CTC. Mobile and wifi bills reimbursement is capped at 3000INR per month. Gym membership, dental and vision care and some other perks which Google provides.

Thank you fir the insight, profile i got selected for us SDE 2, yoe 4.

Google!

I've been an EA for about a decade - I've worked at Start Ups, Post-IPO companies, and Venture Capital Firms. If you are a rockstar EA and looking for a place where people are genuine and kind, I would urge you to apply at Snapchat. Going to Snapchat was the best move I ever made. They REALLY prioritize their employees, and the benefits are absolutely incredible. I hear a lot about toxic EA cultures at *certain* other companies and Snap just does not do that. (Be warned: it's a FAST pace.)

Just joined a smaller firm who uses Paychex for their 401k provider. I noticed they do not offer too many options for funds to invest in and seems lower end than my prior Schwab 401k offered. 1) Anyone have experience with Paychex and have similar observations? 2) I’m leaning towards doing enough 401k pretax contribution on Paychex to get the company match and then do the rest as a Roth IRA to obtain better investments. Any other options I’m not thinking of?
