I got welcome email from HCL july but got received offer letter. On multiple follow up with HR they said position on hold. Now again i received call from HR on 17th sep that position resumed and will be conducting one technical round. after clearing the interview they said my onboarding process stated but waiting for few approval. I am losing hope day by day. how long hcl will take to release offer letter.

I had a technical discussion for HCL on 3rd Oct. It's been more than a week. I still haven't received a status on that interview. I have also received a "Resume shortlisted" mail from their careers app after a week.
Does it mean I'm selected? There's no intimation of the status at all. The HR don't reply on mails/calls.
