I don’t buy into the idea that people with small wrists are limited in the watches they can wear. I have the smallest wrists of anyone I know and I’m wearing a 47mm Panerai. The 47mm Panerai fits my 6.0” wrist WAY better than a 42mm AP royal oak despite being 5mm larger plus crown guard. I would suggest to try everything you like on and don’t make a decision until you see it on your wrist—preferably until someone take a picture of you wearing the watch so you can see how it looks from a slight distance. For example the below pic is me first trying on the 47mm Panerai (with a 42mm strap from my current watch). You can see that although the watch takes up my entire wrist, the lugs don’t hang over like the lugs on the AP for example.
I thought that pic looked familiar! Hey BMess, it’s AlexWK.
I would not just look at the diameter to rule out watches. Lug to lug in my opinion a more important measurement for if a watch fits the wrist.

I would look at this as more of a blessing than a curse. Maybe try to grab an OP36 in a new color.
How small are we talking? I have 6" wrists and both Speedmaster and Seamaster. I just don't think a Datejust is the same. It has its own history and aesthetic, but very different from either Moonwatch or Seamaster. IMO you should get one of those if you want them.
If you don't like the Speedmaster Pro on your wrist, try a FOIS which does not have the crown guards, and is 19mm lug width. It does wear slightly smaller, but FYI, if you've never tried a Speedmaster Professional, it wears smaller in general than you think. Probably due to the crown guards on the case. I put my FOIS on a Forstner bracelet, but there are OEM bracelets from Omega that will fit, if you want.
For Seamaster, you could look for a 36mm mid-size. But you might find it actually wears a little smaller than expected, especially as a diver can look larger these days with no problems.
Here is the 41mm Seamaster on my 6" wrist. Think it looks fine. I do have it on a strap here 👍

Lots of good sleeper 36mm options out there, and they’re usually much cheaper than their >=40 alternatives.
A black dial OP36 would work in any situation.
38.6mm speedy ’57, there are options for us hobbits!
