I've been actively applying for data science and software engineering positions, but so far, I've only received rejections. I would greatly appreciate any advice on how to improve my chances. Is it okay to share offer letters that we have with other company recruiters? Aren't offer letters strict and confidential. Can we refuse to show the same or what can we do in these situations.

If a recruiter keeps ghosting me & I have to keep reaching out to get a status. does this mean I’m not being considered & I should move on?

From interview perspective, I enjoyed lucidworks interview as the interviews taken by quality people compared to other two companies. But it is a startup.

The community is super toxic and I'm looking for a place I can casually ask questions that might seem dumb without being hrangued for not providing an essay proof of the research I've already done.
