I had 2 lunch interviews. Is it a good sign that they will extend an offer? I had HR screening the end of last month, phone interviewed with hiring manager, then a case study test, after that I had in person office tour, lunch interview and panel interview with couple other team members in a same day. Then I had another lunch interview with VP on another day after, since he wasn't in the office the date of the office tour. It's been over a week now since the last lunch interview.

London office - been told to do a 2 hr case round. Any idea what to expect? 2 hrs seems over the roof.

Partners - do recruiters/headhunters ever reach out to you? What types of roles/levels do they reach out for?

When you independently search for other opportunities (if you do), what types of roles do you look for?

3L with mostly A’s and B’s. I am having the worst luck trying to find work for after school and my experience working with lawyers has left me completely dejected. I cannot get an interview to save my life. I was so excited to get an externship summer after 2L with a small business and IP firm only to get yelled at on the phone a few times for not doing an assignment correctly. Mind you, I was working FOR FREE as it was a school connected externship. That made me never want to work in the law.
