What jobs are currently paying 85k?
Have an offer at Citi for 120K as an AVP in the NY office. Currently making 92K at my current role. Is this a fair offer? I currently WFH pretty much full time at my current role but it seems like this one requires 2-3 days in the office - and this is something I’m very hesitant about. Thoughts on how to approach this?

That all depends on whether you want the job. It would seem they're interested in you, or they wouldn't have bothered to ask you to come in again after you've essentially turned them down. Perhaps they'll revise their offer. You might as well find out at this point.
Agreed with senior analyst 1 above, also, it’s always good to have competing offers to negotiate.
Never refuse an opportunity to negotiate, you may be surprised.
Define "lowball". Is it at least twice what you need to scrape by? If not, don't waste your time. Otherwise, I'd go for the second interview and reiterate your salary expectations. If they refuse to budge, decline.

I would take it, but you need to be firm about what fits your schedule, and then if you don't need this job, let them know that you have other interviews
Were there any discussion of ranges and how low is lowball? If your off 50% in wouldn’t bother but I would mention salary and make sure they have room to move up before doing more interviews to avoid wasting your time. Seems odd they would offer you a job and require addition interviews to determine if they want to increase the offer.
Yes
How can you negotiate for a better salary if the recruiter is a familier face
I think it’s completely fair to ask if they have had a chance to revisit the offer terms and frame it as you want to be respectful of their time.
