Never hurts to follow up after that amount of time

Agree - but I also suspect it’s a crazy time of the year for all in public accounting. Although it is a priority to you it may not be a priority to them

I followed up again but still no response. I feel like I deserve at least a response considering it’s within the same firm?

ACN interviewer made a mistake and did case study interview for manager level role instead of consultant role. I have great feedback from 1st Interview and not so much from case interview because of this. I had a catch up with the recruiter this morning and he said they've now closed recruitment and have said they will get in touch with me towards end of January for Q2 recruitment and that I may need to do case interview again. Good prospects or bad?

I am doing UXR interviews, and although I read that a background in design isn’t necessary for UXR, I have been asked a few times now whether I have experience in design and can use design apps. I have applied research experience and a solid understanding of product development, which I think should land me a UXR role one day, but I’d to hear any thoughts though if you think design knowledge is necessary for UXR?

I’m mid-level in my HR career at my current company and an upcoming Master’s graduate. Studying for my SHRM-CP too. How did you make the transition to that next level?
