Hi good people ,I gave 1st round of interview for a data engineer role last Friday.Interview duration was of 1 hr. I think the interview went good but I haven't received any feedback from them.I called hr and she said it will take time.How long is interview process at gsk? How many rounds of interview round more can I expect?

I’m with you. In an interview either we’re all on camera or we are all off. That definitely would have rubbed me the wrong way. Energy is everything and it’s already hard to exchange virtually that situation makes it impossible. I agree with you 100%.
No, not really. I guess I don’t see the issue. I’ve been in meetings where I was the only with my camera on. Didn’t bother me. What about this situation made you think the culture isn’t great?

It was an interview. They could see me, I couldn't see them. And they didn't give any excuses for not coming on camera, nor did they invite me to turn mine off. It seemed like they were clueless about how to connect with an applicant.
Should have to have the cameras on when interviewing, or else why isn’t it just a phone call? We all have tech issues, but you should have been told that and invited to turn your camera off, too.
