I had an interview with Infosys today which went good. Few minutes back I received a mail from HR asking for application form and other documents. Is this the usual process with Infy? Also, i didn't get any mail stating that I have cleared the interview. Any such experience?

I need some advice. I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Healthcare Administration with 20 plus years working in different Healthcare roles. I am working as a PBM Claim Specialist. What other positions can I apply for that is fully remote and better pay? Side note I am thinking of applying to nursing school sometime later down the line. Any advice will be greatly appreciated .
