I had appeared for the first round of the interview on 1st June. After 3 rounds of interviews HR called me on 11th July and told me that I have completed all the rounds and to submit documents for Hr discussion. Since then no word from them. I called the HR thrice but he did not answer. Is it common for CBA to take such a long time? If the hiring has frozen or they do not want to proceed with my candidature they should at least have the courtesy to inform. Commonwealth Bank

And waiting for my offer letter
I am on notice period,may be that is why they are doing the process quickly

Same thing happened with me. It’s a normal practice in CBA. Just follow up with the HR via mail and call

I can work here for 1 yr and then anyway change the company afterwards..then will get a hike on an increased base ...

Yes you can switch. But if you have time and notice period remaining than try at other companies. Don’t seat in toxic place when you know it before joining only. But at the same time if yours NP is over than join it for a year and switch
